By accessing or using LeadPounce (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription, Billing & 7-Day Free Trial

We provide monthly and annual subscription plans (Starter Radar, Growth Pro, and Agency Scale) with a 7-day free trial.

• Free Trial: You may explore the features of LeadPounce during the initial 7-day trial period without commitment.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click via your Account Settings or the integrated Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of paid subscription, contact support for a prompt refund.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

LeadPounce is built to help founders, indie hackers, and growth teams discover relevant social buyer conversations and offer genuine value. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in aggressive spamming, abusive mass messaging, or violate community guidelines on Reddit, Hacker News, or other platforms.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the stability of our platform or infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international privacy laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeadPounce or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or external platform account limitations.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
